Newen Ventures owns and is responsible for the website trobare.com (hereinafter, the "Website" or "Trobare"), through which it operates the commercial brand Trobare.

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs the access to and use of the Website by its users. Use of the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice as published at the time of access.

Trobare is a digital platform offering curated guides to restaurants, shops and local establishments across various cities, featuring original editorial content selected by experts. The Website provides both free access to part of its content and paid subscriptions for full access to the guides, the conditions of which are governed by the corresponding Terms and Conditions.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the user's internet service provider. Certain features require prior registration or a paid subscription.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them. This submission shall not apply where the user qualifies as a consumer, in which case the rules of jurisdiction provided for in consumer protection legislation shall apply and, in particular, Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 (Brussels I recast), which allows consumers resident in the European Union to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.

Consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the mandatory protections afforded by UK consumer law. Consumers resident in other jurisdictions retain any rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws of their place of residence.
